One week until WGUK Finals!

With only 1 week to go until WGUK Championships 2010, all Guards are working flat out to make this year a memorable one for Mayflower Performing Arts.

The final schedule for the World Guard Visit to Dayton Ohio has now been put together, for those of you at home that are following our progress:


Monday 5th April
Coach departs
6.45 a.m. Deidre Av. Wickford
6.50 Crays Hill
7 a.m. South Green
Depart from Terminal 4 12 noon flight DL9
Arrive Dayton 11.05 p.m.

Collect vehicles and arrive Red Roof Inn 222 Byers Rd Miamisburg approx 12 – 1am

Tuesday 6th April
10 am Guard depart for practice hall Beaver Creek.
Free time for parents
6p.m. rehearsal finishes.
Free time from approximately 7 p.m.

Wednesday 7th April
8.00 a.m depart for rehearsal venue, finish 2 p.m .
Free time for parents
Evening performance at Centerville High School

Thursday 8th April
11 a.m depart for rehearsal venue, finish 4 p.m.
Free time for parents
Depart for quarter finals to Dayton University Arena

Friday 9th April
7 a.m depart for rehearsal venue, finish 12,
Free time for parents
Depart for semi finals to Dayton University Arena

Saturday 10th April
9 a.m depart for rehearsal venue, finish 4 p.m.
Free time for parents
Depart for Finals to Dayton University Arena

Sunday 11th April
Free day for everyone

Monday 12th April
Depart for airport 12.30 pm flight DL1253 from Atlanta DL10
Arrive Heathrow 12 noon terminal 4 Tuesday 13th
coach will return to Billericay/Wickford approximately 3 p.m
